Along the top of the lighthouse, he wanted his slogan, “We make property personal.” On the lighthouse itself, he wanted decals that read “buy,” “sell,” and “lease” to represent his services, finishing with the Beebe Commercial Real Estate logo at the base.

Once the decals were designed and the set approved, the Playwell Bricks turned their attention to the Build Instructions. Gregory Beebe provided marketing copy to include in the instructions themselves, explaining his vision, his background, and encouraging recipients to learn more about his mentorship work.

Likewise, in the early steps of this build, recipients are directed to build the base and affix the Beebe Commercial Real Estate logo. This leaves the Beebe brand front and center as they built up the lighthouse itself, a fun and positive experience that usually brings back fond childhood memories; and an experience they will now connect to Beebe Commercial Real Estate.
