Wachter, Inc. is a U.S.A.-based technology integrations company that helps companies use technology to transform their businesses and tackle complex problems. A large part of what Wachter is able to do is due to their team of technicians who are ready to deploy and meet their clients' needs where and when they’re needed.

It was just these technicians that Wachter, Inc. wanted to celebrate with a custom Playwell Bricks set. The focus of this set would be internal employee engagement and recognition, but with a twist. The client explained that they wanted Playwell Bricks to design Wachter a custom-branded truck with an extra-long bed so that, in the future, the company could add cargo. This cargo would be collectible bricks to represent new software tools released year by year.

Playwell Bricks designers began bringing this concept to life, working together to bring the parts count down to meet Wachter’s budget. Meanwhile, the Playwell graphics team put careful consideration into recreating the branded truck wrap design in the photos Wachter shared with the team.

To further cement this custom set as a team tribute, Wachter included this message in the build instructions: “Wachter delivers through smart design, strategic planning, and a fleet of technicians that bring our customers' vision to life. As we celebrate our teams through this [brick] tribute, it’s fitting to also highlight the technicians, project management coordination, and dedication that define how we serve our customers across the country. Every deployment, service call, and multi-site rollout begins with intentional design—ensuring that every project is executed with the reliability our customers expect.”
