Timm Chiusano is a content creator and double certified emotional intelligence coach whose made a name for himself by “responsibly firing” himself from his corporate position, “because I was either going to burn out or die with regret.”
But that’s the thing about leaving your corporate job. They don’t let you back in to keep filming your content. What’s a creative, go-getter to do? Well, this one called Playwell Bricks.

THE OFFICE
Playwell Bricks designer Kostik Poloskin explains that Timm “wanted a custom brick model of his former office space to use for making short-form videos where he appears as a minifigure. His personal office is the most detailed part of the build,” Kostik explains.
Like any design, not every detail can be converted to bricks, and Timm was on hand to point out which details were most important and therefore, included in the final design. Things like his signature orange couch and painting in his office that viewers of Timm’s channel can now see hanging in his kitchen.
Each new iteration of the design was sent to Timm for feedback and suggestions to make certain that this set reflected his world the way he saw it.
DESIGNING THE OFFICE
“This was a large and complex project,” Kostik tells me. “On the one hand, I had to respect size and part count limitations. On the other, I needed to leave space for minifigures to move in the space. The client gave me a list of must-have rooms (his boss’s office, the canteen, team offices, a large conference room), but I didn’t have an exact floor plan. So I had to improvise, redesign, and balance everything from scratch.”
I like to ask the designers if there’s a part of the build they’d like to give special attention to. “I’m especially proud of finishing this build under tight constraints,” answered Kostik. “Technically, the standout feature is how I used linked repeating modules to structure the facade. By creating identical, connected sub-models, I could change all sections at once instead of updating dozens of pieces manually, a huge time-saver, and only possible in digital software. This made the project feel more like engineering than just freeform building.”
CONCLUSION
This functional, custom set has already made its debut in Timm’s videos, and here at Playwell Bricks, we can’t wait to see what he does with it.
