TASKA came
to Playwell Bricks looking for a brick version of their TASKA CX hand they
could use as a promotional tool. While the brick hand would not be capable of
the same functions as the prosthetic, it was important to the team at TASKA
that the brick version was able to mimic some movements, which they carefully
articulated to the Playwell team.

Playwell Bricks designer Pedro Lara paid close attention, ensuring that the thumb could move in all directions, and consulting with his fellow designers on the best hinges to get the maximum movement and strength out of the fingers. Once this aspect of the design was complete, Pedro adjusted the colour of the parts to best match TASKA’s vision.

With this custom Playwell Bricks set, TASKA has an engaging and interactive promotional item to represent their TASKA CX model. With their brand messaging embedded into the build instructions, they’ve ensured that the TASKA brand is fully present throughout the experience of building, giving them the maximum impact with each set given out.
