Data analytics and technology company Resultant has amassed a team of “engineers, mathematicians, data analysts, project managers, and business consultants.” Together, they solve problems to produce positive outcomes.

To keep their team motivated and feeling appreciated, Resultant was developing an employee recognition program. During their discovery call, Playwell’s contact at Resultant explained that this program included four separate goalposts: the Rezzy Innovator, Rezzy Influencer, Rezzy Accelerator, and the Rezzy Originator. What they wanted next was a physical award to be offered along with this title, ideally something that the winner could display on their desks and also develop some internal competition to win all four awards.

Playwell Bricks’ team member Eric Dubois Yang designed a custom three-dimensional trophy brick set for these Rezzy Awards. The golden colour mimics metal trophies, but these custom awards come with the fun and nostalgia of building with bricks.

While Eric finalized the trophy form, the Playwell graphics team created the printed tiles that would differentiate which award the trophy represented, much like the plaques on common sports trophies. Featuring Resultant’s internal branding, these tiles are bright and colourful, sure to bring a smile to the award-winning employee’s face.

With this custom awards set, Resultant has four different awards with which to recognize the efforts of their employees, in a style that is displayable and fun enough to spark internal competition to win all four of the trophies. With enough sets to give out four per month for a full year, Playwell Bricks hopes the Resultant employees enjoy building their trophies and display them with pride.
