Resolve is a California-based business that offers an AI platform to resolve IT tickets. Their platform aims to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues well before those issues disrupt their clients’ business. The brand also has a heavy tradeshow presence throughout the 2026 season, and so came to Playwell Bricks to commission a giveaway to take along with them.

Playwell’s contact at Resolve knew exactly what they wanted when they came to their discovery call: a custom-designed brick set of their logo. This logo features a stylized set of wires resembling a circuit board.

Playwell Bricks designed and sent off the first concept, which didn’t quite match the client’s vision, so another designer tried again with the new feedback. This time, the custom logo set was created with a flat space to add a decal with the business name to go below the circuit board image logo. The client was pleased with this design and signed off, meaning this project went from design to the bulk manufacture and production phase.

Once received, these sets accompanied Resolve to their trade show booths. In an exciting, fast-paced trade show, attendees are bombarded with brands vying for their attention at each and every booth. But the trick isn’t just getting their attention: it’s being remembered after the tradeshow when they are back at their desks.
