Building Dreams, A Rocket Ship, and a Superhero!

The Playwell Bricks design team has been so busy building dreams this week, we couldn't resist sharing some of their best work with you. We’ve gathered up our latest social media reveals to inspire you with these fulfilled dreams!

Last week, we showcased the gorgeous rocket Nathan Heigert designed for Roomvo in: Roomvo’s Rocket Launched a Universe of Brand Connections.

Room visualization software company Roomvo came to Playwell Bricks for
150 playable brick sets of a rocket ship for corporate gifting. Playwell
Bricks designed the classically shaped rocket first, followed by a
custom box that could double as a stand for the ship, complete with a
starry background for an out-of-this-world look.

After that, our CEO Jason Pyett took us on a deep dive into brick theory in From Play to Purpose: Unveiling the Transformative Power of Bricks Through 4 Levels of Engagement. We learn so much about life and bricks through Jason’s stories!

In this article, Jason explains that our perception of playable bricks changes the more we work with them. We begin with play, collecting the sets we like. From there, we begin to build our own ideas, getting creative. Most people stop there, but those that don’t? They start thinking about design. After that, we come to the final level, where we begin to see how well playable bricks serve as a metaphor for daily life.

Speaking of metaphors, we were so excited to show off the superhero Playwell Bricks designed for telecommunications company Proximus in Proximus - Bricking the Mold: How Proximus and Playwell Bricks Assembled a Superhero for Connectivity.

When Proximus came to Playwell Bricks to request a superhero wearing a cape to represent their business partners, our design team was all in. From the initial sketches through to the final product, the whole team pitched in to bring this superhero to life.

On a fresh note, our CEO Jason shared the experience of hosting a brick workshop for a community not-for-profit organization in Bridging the Gap - United Way.

When the United Way organization needed to encourage their team to think outside the box, they contacted Playwell Bricks to ask about a workshop focused on just that. Jason put together a workshop involving a brick built bridge and dozens of eggs to bring out their creative problem-solving skills.
