Lowery Property Advisors (LPA) is a commercial real estate appraisal firm based in Texas, U.S.A. Since their inception 15 years ago, LPA has developed and maintained a tradition of sending out unique and memorable Christmas mailers to their clients. This year, they contacted Playwell Bricks to commission a custom brick set based on their logo, with a special holiday spin.

The team at LPA shared their logos, including a quick hand-drawn sketch of how they imagined their set would be, and Playwell Bricks designer Tim Howell started translating their idea into bricks. "It can be both fun and challenging to translate a two-dimensional logo into a three-dimensional build,” Tim explains. “The client offered good feedback on the options that were provided, which helped steer the build to the final design. The addition of the holiday tree added just a little bit of whimsy to finish it off."

The LPA team also requested that Playwell Bricks include printed instructions, as opposed to the more modern QR code instructions many of Playwell’s clients choose, as they felt printed instructions would make it easier for their clients to share the build with the children in their life. It’s a thoughtful touch that says a lot.

Playwell Bricks designed, produced, and delivered 3 000 sets of this special holiday design to Lowery Property Advisors by Thanksgiving, giving the team lots of time to send them out before the holiday.
