The Playwell Bricks team was absolutely delighted when LogicGate came to us to commission a custom Playwell Bricks goat set. This goat is LogicGate’s unofficial mascot and a nod to the pop culture GOAT or Greatest Of All Time. As LogicGate wrote in the build instructions of this set, “the Goats reminds us of our journey from humble beginnings to become a market leader, and we’re thrilled to share this spirit with you.”

LogicGate let Playwell Bricks know right away that this goat would be a multipurpose gift. They wanted something to act as a promotional item at an upcoming industry event, but they also knew their employees would want to have a goat as well. Since a separate employee event was scheduled as well, LogicGate wanted to commission enough sets for both groups, albeit with different packaging and messaging. Playwell Bricks was happy to make that happen.

Playwell Bricks designer Kostik Poloskin shares a little of his process, “I did some research into goat design and made a moodboard to work from.”

He tells me that he wanted to make the goat cute, and I’m sure you’ll agree that he certainly accomplished that goal!

“The horns are designed at a right angle,” Kostik continues. “The legs have multiples positions, which makes for a nice play experience.”

When the design was sent to LogicGate for approval, Kostik settled in to wait, having been warned that sometimes it could take a while for everyone to sign off on a design. Instead, LogicGate got back to him right away, “I’m excited to share that our whole team LOVES how this came together!”
