In a special meeting, Jason explained to the contact how the design phase works, how important client feedback is to the design’s success. For busy professionals, it wasn’t unusual for emails to get pushed aside for more important things, while Playwell can’t move forward without those responses. Jason was concerned there just wasn’t enough time, but there was one possibility, albeit an unusual one, if the contact had the time.

Jason suggested that he share his screen with the contact and design it onscreen with the contact right there providing feedback. This would be something of a nightmare for most designers, especially with such a high-profile client, but Jason volunteered himself, confident that his skills could see him through.

The contact agreed, and soon the pair were deep into the design. The contact pointed out the details that needed to be included, and Jason translated them into bricks. Before the hour was out, this custom Lenovo Nvidia Vera Rubin NVL72 set was ready for production.
