Jotform is a software-as-a-service company that helps client boosts their productivity with a powerful suite of forms and tools. The Jotform team reached out to Playwell Bricks in 2025, when they were searching for an end-of-the-year/holiday gift for their top customers.
The Challenge
Playwell’s contact at Jotform laid out their plan during their discovery call. They explained that Jotform had had so many exciting launches this year that the team wanted a rocket set to symbolize their continued growth, new opportunities, and also capture the excitement of launching into the new year.
Ideally, the client wanted a set that would take “a little bit of time to build.” The main goal, they shared, was something exciting that their clients could build, put on their desk, and be reminded of Jotform.
In addition, Jotform requested printed instructions to be delivered with the sets, as well as a special card featuring the completed rocket.
The Solution
The client wanted a set just like the custom rocket set Playwell designed for a business called Roomvo, back when Playwell was just starting out. However, as Playwell team member Jared Oswald pointed out, “this was a legacy set and our standards have gotten significantly higher since then.”
To make this set, the original rocket design needed a complete overhaul. Internals were adjusted, a stand removed, and all the parts were optimized to meet Playwell’s current standards.
Once complete, the Playwell graphics team took care of the branding of this new Jotform rocket, as well as creating the printed build instructions and card to Jotform’s specifications.
The Result
The result is a gorgeous, updated, and custom Jotform rocket to symbolize their growth, fresh opportunities, and the excitement of launching into a new year. At 245 pieces, this set will take Jotform’s recipients longer than a few minutes to build, creating something they’ll be proud to display on their desks or office shelves, where it will remind them of Jotform and a truly stellar gift.
