After surviving Y2K and marketing by fax machine in 1999, Street Smart Rentals was proud to reach their 25th anniversary in 2024. A quarter of a century of not only being in business, but growing into one of America’s largest traffic safety and security solutions provider is an occasion to celebrate!

Street Smart Rentals wanted to mark this milestone with a special gift for their most loyal clients. The challenge was finding a gift that would suit Street Smart Rental’s branding and foster those client connections. Street Smart’s products were understandably niche, after all, and the construction companies that make up their clientele are accustomed to high quality goods.

Street Smart Rentals decided to reach out to Playwell Bricks to see if the design company could recreate one of their popular products, specifically their Mobile Surveillance Camera, as a custom brick set. Playwell Bricks CEO Jason Pyett assured them that Playwell Bricks absolutely could and shared the first concepts.

The result of the final design was 100 custom Playwell Bricks sets of Street Smart Rentals’ “rugged security camera trailer” complete with solar panels, battery storage, and a tiny brick hitch for towing it around the construction lot. The minifigs have never been safer!
