Haivision even refers to its team members as sharks, and the shark is a common feature on all their team and tradeshow swag.

The Challenge

A few years ago, Haivision commissioned a custom Playwell Bricks shark mech set as a promotional giveaway. It was a positive experience, so they came back for another set. This time, the team at Haivision wanted another shark mech suit, but instead of a shark wearing a mech suit with all the tech trimmings, this new set should be a person wearing a shark mech suit.

The Solution

Playwell Bricks team Petrus Gartler returned to design this second mech, bringing with him the understanding of Haivision’s branding that he’d learned for the original.

Petrus built this shark mech around the minifigure at its center, incorporating a shark fin onto the back, two arm shields that display the Haivision shark logo, and a chest plate that reads Haivision: Mission Critical Systems. The set’s name? Deepfin Operator, leaning deeply into the Haivision brand.

The Result

With this custom Playwell Bricks shark mech set, Haivision has a fun, engaging set to draw clients to their booth and their brand. The shark elements make the Haivision branding the focus of this mech suit, displayed in a way that tradeshow goers will remember with a smile after the event itself had ended.
