A golf inspired custom business card holder! When a golf course superintendent and manager made the decision to fun for the Golf Course Superintendent Association of America’s (GCSAA) Board of Directors, he knew he had to hit a hole-in-one. With the help of Playwell Bricks, he offered the voters a custom golf-inspired business card holder set as he made his presentation for the position.

It wasn’t the first year he’d run for Board of Directors, but the previous year, his missed his chance to give his presentation due to the birth of his son. Priorities are important! The delightfully subtle and cheeky nod to childhood and fatherhood he included by commissioning this custom buildable bricks set is, quite frankly, poetic.

Playwell Bricks CEO Jason Pyett designed the business card holder. “This was a simple, fun set to design, with a cute theme and functionality to boot.” The cardholder itself is settled onto a brick fairway, with a red GSCAA flag on one side and a golf-hold cutter on the other – tools of the golf course superintendent trade!

In the instructions, the client requested that it show his business card being held, an excellent reminder of who had given this gift. Their personal information is blurred in the photos for privacy reasons, but the functionality is still clearly visible. “I always enjoy merging a little desktop item with some functionality like a business card holder,” beams Jason.
