Denios US, Inc. wanted a custom Playwell Bricks set of their bestselling Lithium-Ion cabinets. These cabinets are designed to safely store batteries at every scale, from a single-door cabinet to entire rooms. These sophisticated systems boast a three-stage warning system, fire suppression, and smoke detectors, underscoring Denios’ commitment to safety.

For their trade show, Denios requested that Playwell Bricks create their set based on the two-door cabinet, representing as many features as the tiny scale would allow. Something that would get potential clients talking and learning about their product.

Playwell Brick’s designer Thiago Brisolla studied Denios’ product photos and the CAD schematics they sent, collaborating closely with test builders to ensure the cabinet doors opened as smoothly as they look, an aspect he’s genuinely proud of.

On the cabinet door, graphic designer Kostik Poloskin added a Hazmat Label decal to mirror the real-life cabinet. Inside, Thiago added tiny, colourful bricks to represent the batteries being stored, giving this model real character.
