Turning 50 is a significant milestone for any business, and nonprofit organization Community Housing Partners (CHP) is no exception. To celebrate, Community Housing Partners planned a thank-you event for their donors and to honour 50 years of creating homes and healthy, sustainable, and affordable communities.

For this event, Community Housing Partners came to Playwell Bricks in search of a custom gift to give to their event attendees. They imagined something like a house set that would align with the event’s theme of Built to Last, as well as what Community Housing Partners does.

Playwell Bricks designer James May created a charming, stylized house set for Community Housing Partners’ gift. On one side of this house, a custom decal allows the CHP logo to be proudly displayed and on the other, a QR code leading to Community Housing Partners’ website.

Since this set also provided a unique opportunity for giftees to learn more about Community Housing Partners, CHP provided Playwell Bricks with written files to include in the Build Instructions. From their mission statement to their plans for the next fifty years, these additions to the Build Instructions are an excellent way to ensure that brand messaging is presented when the builder is most actively engaged.

The custom design, coupled with the bulk manufacture of 500 sets, ensures that Community Housing Partners has plenty of commemorative gifts on hand for their 50th anniversary and thank-you event.
