How this Custom Set Helps Deliver Colour to the Mulch Industry
Introduction
Colorbiotics is in the business of delivering colour to their clients in the mulch industry. Dying mulch creates a uniform colour preferred for landscaping purposes, while the mulch itself protects the precious moisture below the mulch and suppresses weeds for low maintenance care. Colorbiotics offers dye pigments as well as the machinery and parts to uniformly deliver that pigment into mulched wood.
The Challenge
Coming to Playwell Bricks through Flynn Wright, an ad agency, Colorbiotics wanted a promotional item that represented their brand and what they do. Ideally, this would be a custom set that would appeal to new and existing clients.
The Solution
After some discussion, the teams determined that a semi truck to represent the way Colorbiotics delivers colour to their clients would be ideal. This set should showcase Colorbiotic’s branding and brand colours. The build instructions would bear the name “Color Carrier.”
Playwell Bricks’ own Thiago Brisolla designed this custom colour carrier to Colorbiotics. His “favorite feature of this project is the turntable element representing the truck axle. Even though it’s a small design, it provides very realistic mechanics for the truck.”
The Result
With this set now on hand, Colorbiotics has a promotional giveaway that represents their brand and what they do. They were also able to include brand messaging within the build instructions, utilizing a key moment when the potential client is already fully engaging with their brand to deepen that connection.
