Most of us are familiar with the Amazon smile logo that emblazons their packages, but they also have an internal mascot that the public doesn’t always get the chance to see. This mascot is none other than Peccy. He got his name from Amazon’s “peculiar ways,” a set of operating principles that Amazon staff are familiar with.

An Amazon team leader came to Playwell Bricks to commission a custom Peccy set for their team. Peccy swag is common among Amazon teams, but a buildable bricks set would make for a unique twist on the mascot.

“I want to get blocks made that look like packages,” the client explained. “We would want a base that looks like a wood pallet, our mascot Peccy with our Den 5 logo and PEAK 2025.” The client also shared images of the Peccy for the Playwell designers to work with.

Playwell Bricks CEO Jason Pyett designed this custom Peccy set. Decals, designed by Playwell Bricks’ graphic designer Kostik Poloskin, took care of the smaller details, including Peccy’s face and recognizable Amazon smile.

On Peccy’s shirt, they proudly wear a Den 5 decal on their shirt, and the Amazon boxes stacked on the brick pallet feature the Amazon smile logo as well as a “Peak 2025” sticker. These decals ground this custom set into a specific memory of team achievement for this client’s recipients.

It’s a buildable, displayable keepsake that Playwell Bricks hopes they will treasure for years to come, so the Playwell team was pleased to receive this feedback from the client, “We received these and, oh man, they are amazing!
