Tapp Inc. provides steel power poles for communities, communication, power, and original equipment manufacturers. They also attend many trade shows, so when they wanted something fresh and fun to give away to potential clients, they contacted Playwell Bricks.

During their discovery call, the spokesperson from Tapp Inc. explained that, as a parent, they love to see brick sets at a trade show. “Once you put it together,” she said, “you don’t take it apart and put it in a drawer and leave it there.” What she was thinking was that, if engineers were to pick up this set, they’d likely build it and leave it on their desk. “If they have a set that says our name right there on their desk and they need a pole just like that set, they’re going to think, maybe I should go to Tapp.”

Playwell Bricks CEO Jason Pyett designed this set for Tapp, based on their Single Circuit Delta Configuration Pole. His first design was quickly chosen, with the only change requested being the colour of the brick insulators. Easy enough for this seasoned crew. From there, the graphics team created a decal to display the Tapp Inc’s logo and name, the production crew gathered the sets, and the build instructions were created.
