Based in Nova Scotia, Molen Services Inc. are multinational renewable energy specialists that service the wind, solar, and renewable energy sectors.
Playwell Bricks CEO Jason Pyett first encountered Molen Services Inc when the company sponsored a MariLUG (Maritime LEGO® Users Group) project that he was involved with. While Pyett is no longer involved with MariLUG, Molen was impressed by what they saw of his design work.
Impressed enough that they remembered him when they wanted a custom set to represent the work they do. Molen contacted Playwell Bricks and commissioned thirty custom Playwell sets of a wind turbine and a small solar array connected to a charging station and electric car.
Playwell Bricks designer Garrett Gourley created the design for the structure.
Molen’s full company logo was then placed along the sides of the electric car and the wind turbine’s nacelle, the section that sits atop the tower and contains the mechanical and electrical components. Molen’s smaller logo was affixed to the charging station where it best complements the shape of the space. Playwell Bricks takes care to design your custom sets to show your corporate logo to the best advantage and true to your corporate vision.
Once the parts and stickers were ordered, Playwell Bricks’ Derek Bourgeois designed a beautiful custom box to house the sets. After everything arrived and the sets were all packed, Jason hand-delivered them to Molen headquarters.
The next day, the Playwell Bricks team was delighted to see that Molen Services Inc had posted a giveaway of one of their custom Playwell models on Linkedin. We love to see our clients delighted by their custom Playwell sets and we didn’t mind seeing those admiring comments, either!
