Isaac Operations started out as a small, intimate company and it was important to the leaders that they take the time to mark their team’s annual anniversaries with a special gift. The team went through three different versions of before settling upon the final rocket, with billows of colourful rocket exhaust to demonstrate how many years the recipient had been working with Isaac Operations. With each consecutive year, the team member would be given a new section marked with the number of years, and their rocket would grow, right alongside their careers.
