How long does a project take?
A typical project were we are designing then producing multiple sets for delivery can take between 8-16 weeks.
Bespoke one-time builds projects can take anywhere from several weeks to several months depending.
The amount of time it takes varies drastically depends on the scale and complexity of the project. Very large and complex projects will take longer while simple small sets will be much quicker.

How much will a build cost?
There are many variables that contribute to the cost of a custom project – complexity, scale, cost of the parts, shipping charges, added features, etc. Each build comes with it's own unique set of challenges, and is quoted accordingly at the time of consultation.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping rates will vary depending on the shipping provider. We will discuss this during your consultation.
Can I order multiples of a design?
Yes! Whether you want one, or one hundred of the same set or figure, we can complete projects of any scale.
Will my model come together or in parts?
This is up to you! Whether you would like to build your projects yourself, or have us build it for you, we are here to accomodate.
Will my model come with instructions?
Yes – we would never leave you hanging! A set of PDF instructions is included with each build, with the option for additional printed instructions.
Do you work with clients internationally?
Yes – we have a network of suppliers and designers around the world. No matter where you are, we can find a way to get your LEGO® model to you.
Do you produce bespoke display models?
Yes, we do! We have a team of designers who are capable of handling any request.
Do you produce sets that we can order multiples of?
Yes, we do! In fact, this is our main form of service. We have produced sets for many different corporate clients and uses over the years.
How do sets come packaged?
That depends on the client. Some want very simple packaging, like a plastic bag, other want fully branded boxes.
In either case, we work with the client to find the best solution for their needs. We have a graphics design team on standby to help!
How will I receive the instructions?
We typically provide instructions digitally via a QR code, though printed options are available for a small additional cost.
Can I include my own graphics in my build?
Of course! We work with partners to print our own custom pieces and graphics when required. If you need us to create the graphics, we have a team ready to do that as well.
What happens if I have an issue with my model?
Your dreams are important to us! If you are unsatisfied or have any issues with your model, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.
Do you do personal commissions?
We are incredibly busy with corporate clients and are unable to handle many personal commissions. That being said we definitely do personal commissions. The costs though are much more than most individuals wish to spend as our minimum is $1000 USD.
Do you offer digital models?
To ensure that the model is 100% to our clients satisfaction we always test build it ourselves first, thus we do not offer digital only services.
How do you handle issues with intellectual property with subjects from pop culture?
We cannot produce, or sell, multiple copies of sets based on popular licenses without the written consent of the IP owners (ex. Star Wars, Marvel, etc.) We can design bespoke artistic pieces, and MOCs, based around IPs, but we do so with care and attention to avoid any infringements upon IP law.
Do you print singular parts, custom bricks or minifigure accessories?
We do print custom graphics/lettering on genuine LEGO® minifigures. There are some limitations due to the trademark that the LEGO® Group holds on the minifigure.
We do print on genuine LEGO® minifigure accesories as well.
We have stopped producing custom 3D printed parts, due to the inconsistent quality of the printed materials.
Is my model exclusive to me?
This is up to the client's discretion. If you wish for your project to be an exclusive design, we will certainly accommodate that. This will be covered with an additional license fee paid by the client.
Can I pay in installments?
For personal designs we ask for 100% upfront costs on the design fee, when we are ready to procure the parts we ask for 50% of the part cost in advance. We want to work with you to make your dreams come to life.
